In Raja Yoga we learn to keep our eyes wide open and still remain within ourselves.

Raja Yoga meditation redefines the self as a soul and enables a direct connection and relationship with the Supreme Source of purest energy and highest consciousness. Raja Yoga can be translated as ‘Supreme union’, or as ‘Highest connection’. Every soul has a right to experience this ultimate relationship.

There are no postures, no physical exercise and no breathing exercise. We take our mind beyond the influence of the body. This creates an experience of freedom and deep inner peace. The body automatically relaxes: “mind over matter.”

Involves understanding the ‘Self’ and the ‘Supreme Being’. There are no gurus, disciples or followers. We learn to be leaders through our own life example.

Last but not the least, Rajayoga enables a person to control his mind and economies on thoughts. One is freed from purposeless and negative thoughts. In short, it can be said that meditation brings fulfillment in life.

By practice of meditation, a person can be in harmony with nature, at peace with the self, in concord with others and in accord with the Creator. The mind is not in conflict with the intellect and one’s actions neither harm nature nor contravene God’s injunctions.
